Author, Expert, Nancy OKeefe Explains Tool to Combat “The Great Resignation”
How CEO’s Can Now Get Ahead of Mass Resignations and Gain Insight into Their Company’s Retention Vulnerabilities.
Hilton Head Area, SC – Nancy OKeefe, CEO Nancy OKeefe Consulting, Leading Workplace Strategist and author of the book Unlimited Talent: What Every CEO Needs To Know To Win The Workforce War, being re-released in response to the 2.9% “quit rate” reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, announced today the availability of the Employee Exodus Assessment for CEO’s of companies with up to 500 employees.
This assessment gives CEO’s a “read” on employees in key areas that underlie most resignations. In addition to gaining insight into employees, the assessment helps uncover company vulnerabilities, areas that should be enhanced to improve talent attraction, engagement, productivity, and employee retention capabilities in the organization.
“If a company can’t attract and retain talent, it’s time to take an objective look at what’s going on inside the organization and stop blaming the job market, the economy, the pandemic and other external factors”, claims OKeefe.
History shows us that the talent problems that have plagued organizations for decades can’t be solved with external solutions. The pandemic has accelerated the talent problem and companies need to get out in front of this like never before.
“The value here is that you can get a read before the fact rather that depending on an employee/manager discussion after the decision has been made or during an exit interview where people tend to hold back the truth.” Says OKeefe.
The Employee Exodus Assessment includes recommendations of what can be done to increase retention in the short and long term to become a Winning Workplace that attracts and retains talent.

In the 2000’s, she broke the cookie cutter culture when she started her own 7 figure, on shore outsourcing business with 95% of her workforce working from home. “To compete, we had to look at labor and management differently.” says Nancy. “That gave us access to a pool of skilled labor no one else was looking at. We built our remote culture with a strong work ethic, innovation, trust, respect, and good communication. We had a waiting list of skilled people that wanted to come and work for us because we looked at work as an equitable business deal.”
