It starts with a 360-degree feedback instrument where key leadership areas are measured followed by a private kick-off call to welcome each participant and discuss their 360-degree results.
Each week, one of the 7 modules covering the C.A.R.E.S. Management and Leadership Method™ is released. There are video lessons, exercises, handouts and homework followed by a group Executive Coaching Video Call to further discuss the material, answer questions and master what was learned through practice and case studies.
In the 8th week, the 360-degree feedback instrument is administered again and the results as compared to the first time taken are discussed in a private executive coaching call. It is in this private call that each participant develops a plan for rolling out their new leadership skills in the organization. This session is followed by 6 additional group Executive Coaching Sessions to help bring the concepts learned in the modules back into your organization in a meaningful way.
